Welcome to Lír Spa & Health Club. We are delighted to have you as a valued member. To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of the club for all participants, please review the following terms and conditions.
Please note that the Gym & Pool 3 Month Special is a limited time offer and is subject to availability.
General Information Administration: The club is called Lír Spa & Health Club and is managed by the designated manager or representatives of the owner. Membership Application: Individuals wishing to join or renew their membership must complete the official application and information forms. Membership Keyring: Upon acceptance, members will receive a keyring, which remains the property of Lír Spa & Health Club. This must be presented at reception for check-in. Facilities Usage Parking: Complimentary parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, strictly for the duration of your visit. Abuse of parking privileges or other facilities may result in the immediate termination of membership. Guests: Members may bring up to two guests per visit. Guests must be signed in at reception, and members are responsible for their guests’ behavior and any applicable charges. Facility Availability: The availability of facilities may vary. Facilities may close without notice for maintenance, cleaning, or special events. Booking in advance is essential. Membership Types: Access to specific areas (e.g., sauna or gym) depends on the membership package purchased. Instructions for using facilities must be followed at all times. Membership Terms Non-Transferable: Membership is non-transferable. Cancellations: Six- and 12-month memberships require 30 days’ notice or a medical certificate for cancellation or pausing. Termination: The club reserves the right to accept or decline applications, renewals, or terminate memberships without explanation. In such cases, appropriate refunds will be issued. Keyring Return: Membership keyrings must be returned upon termination of membership. Waiver of Claims Risk Acknowledgment: Members and guests acknowledge that they participate in activities at Lír Spa & Health Club at their own risk. Liability: The club, its management, and staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred while using the facilities. Indemnity: Members agree to indemnify the club against any claims arising from their use of the facilities. Release of Liability: By signing the membership form, members waive any claims against the club, its staff, or representatives for injuries or damages resulting from participation in activities or sessions at the club. Emergency Treatment Consent
In the event of an injury or medical emergency during your visit, you consent to Lír Spa & Health Club staff seeking emergency medical treatment on your behalf to ensure your safety and well-being.
