We are delighted to have you as a valued participant in our Raveport Resort Leisure Center. To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, please carefully read and understand the following important terms and conditions.
The centre is called Raveport Resort Leisure Centre and is administered by the manager or persons nominated by the owner. Individuals wishing to become or renew their membership must complete the official application and information forms.
Car parking facilities will be available to Leisure Centre members on a first-come, first-served basis. Use of the parking facilities is strictly for the duration of your visit. Abuse of this or any other facility or staff on the property will automatically cancel your membership.
On acceptance of an application, the applicant will be issued a membership keyring, which remains the property of the Centre. Membership is non-transferable. All six and 12-month Memberships require 30 days' notice or a medical certificate to cancel or pause. Each member is entitled to be accompanied by no more than two guests and is responsible for the appropriate charge for the guests' use of the facilities. Then, as usual, members' guests must be signed in, and members are responsible for their guests' good conduct while on the premises. All members must produce their membership keyring and check in or swipe into the computer at the reception desk. Upon termination of membership for whatever reason, the keyring will need to be returned to the Centre on demand.
Booking is Essential! The times at which all or any of the facilities are available to members may vary. Any facilities may be closed without notice for cleaning, decorating, repair, or special functions. Depending on your purchased membership, the sauna and gym are available. Instructions are posted in plain view, and you must follow those using these facilities. Absolute discretion is granted to the Centre or manager to accept or decline an application or renewal of membership. The Centre or manager may terminate any person's membership without reason or explanation. In such cases, appropriate refunds will be issued.
All guests are subject to the above rules and regulations governing the Leisure Centre members.
Waiver of Claims:
Members will exercise all due care and diligence to ensure they do not injure other members or themselves while using the centre and its facilities. They agree to indemnify the Centre and its servants or agents against all claims, however arising. Members and guests acknowledge that they voluntarily participate in using these facilities, that the Centre has taken every possible measure to minimise any risk that may arise out of the use of the facilities, and that no liability will attach to the Leisure Centre in respect of any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred by members or guests because they participated in the facilities at the Centre.
All persons using and availing of facilities do so at their own risk. The Centre or Management do not accept liability, loss, damage, or injury. By signing this form, you are releasing Ravenport Resort Leisure Center, including its fitness coach(s), from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of participating in our using our facility or any of the fitness, joga, or coaching sessions. This release extends to any present and future sessions. If you agree, you waive any claims against our company, its staff, and representatives.
Emergency Treatment Consent:
If you experience an injury or medical emergency during a your visit, please allow our fitness coach to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf. Your safety is of the utmost importance, and we will make every effort to ensure you receive prompt and appropriate care if needed.
